SIL is a company established under the Indian Companies Act. It is a joint venture with SilkRoute , Singapore. The JV will benefit from the synergy arising from the strengths of the Sanmar group, its fund management and technology team on the one hand, and the incubation/venture management experience of SilkRoute on the other.
